Explore Our CoffeeA Journey of Discovery
Our founders, Nitesh Sharma and Animesh Paudel, discovered the unique flavors of Nepalese coffee during a trekking expedition in the Annapurna region in 2022. Struck by the exceptional quality and distinctive taste of the local coffee, they also witnessed the challenges faced by the farmers who grew it.
Despite producing exceptional coffee, many farmers struggled to access international markets and receive fair compensation for their crops. They saw an opportunity to create a business that could bridge this gap, bringing these unique coffees to the world while ensuring that the farmers were properly rewarded for their work.
In 2025, Himalayan Gold Beans was born, with a commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and creating positive change in the communities where our coffee is grown.
